What i've studied, where and what for

My work lives at the intersection of

applied psychology, philosophical inquiry, Ancient wisdom

and somatic practice.

I believe that sustainable change requires more than just a mindset shift

— it requires an integration  of the mind, the spirit, and the lived experience of the body.

From crisis intervention to the "Inner WORK".

2026

This year I moved to the italian countryside. I've been running self-care-sundays, where I consciously remove myself from interactions and delve into self paced exercises. It has been quite transformational and I will continue with it until there is "nothing left". I've been reading deeper into my favourite philosophers, but also looking into religion, spritual practicies and ancient cultures. I am joining rituals, prayers and engage in things that touch me on a deeper level to become the most present and calm and versatile version of a caregiver that I can be.

2025

  • Positive Intelligence (PQ)| Mental Fitness & Neuroplasticity

This was a free online course that I did together with a couple of coaching friends. Very simplyfied and bite sized. Takeaway was, that, yes you can press comprehensive coaching into one model, but imo will never capture the full truth and essence. If ever someone says they found the holy grale, thats probably not true.

  • The Inner Game Institute| Train the Trainer (By Invitation)

Both Erickson and TIG are coaching companies that are around for some decades. Therefore it was interesting to the "the OG`s" at work. What I found particularily interesting, was the bypassing of the brain in order to activate body wisdom. Which is arguably the core teaching of the Inner Game Institute.

  • Erickson International| The Art & Science of Coaching (By Invitation)

After I initiated and ran Coaches with Impact I was invited to join several coaching certifications for free. This was one of them. It was a refresher for things that I had learned in the past and a powerful showcase of how fast we can become safe-space-holders for others, if we learn how to apply a solid communicational framework.

2024

  • Inner Development Goals (IDG)| Global Ambassador – First Cohort "Aconcagua"

The famous global IDG movement decided to open an Ambassador programme in order to carry the inner development logic into the world. After a short application process, I was invited to become one of the 19 first ambassadors worldwide. We met on a remote island in the Stockholm archipelago for 3 days to deep dive into the IDG framework. It was an energetically intense experience. I found likeminded people that I call friends today. The result of it was founding @innerworq in order to truly democratize the inward journey.

2023

  • Coaches Rising| The Power of Embodied Transformation | Somatic Coach

The more I experienced coaching, the more I realized that the most valuable informations dont lie in the brain, but in the body. So I decided to specialize in Somatic Coaching. This half year online programme was stacked with tools that I use up until today. Run by world renowned practitioners, such as Dr. Dan Siegel and Richard Strozzi-Heckler. The leading figures in the somatic coaching and therapy field.

  • Yoga Alliance| Hatha & Yin Yoga Teacher (200 & 50 Hours)

In order to dive even deeper into the somatic (body) sphere, I made two yoga teacher certifications on the weekends in Barcelona. It gave me a new blueprint and perspective of how to look at trauma, emotions and the state of a human being. I found out that some insights overlap in different categories. Such as the nervous system with its plexes overlap with chinese meridians (yin yoga) and chakras that ancient yogis could already feel and describe inside their bodys.

2022

  • Verbund freier Coaches und Trainer| Systemic Health Coach - Professional Certification (400 Hours)

My first proper coaching education was a full time, high experienced-based programme. Studying in the morning, coaching in the afternoon. An intensive daily programme for three months.

This put together all the blocks that I had already learned on the suicide hotline, the positive psychology programme and the psychology study and made them applicable for transformational journeys.

So I was lucky enough to start my coaching journey not from scratch but with a foundation of quite some diverse initial input.

2017-2020

  • DHGS (Deutsche Hochschule für Gesundheit & Sport)| Applied Psychology Studies

While working at the Venture Capital and Company Builder firm "Innogy Innovation Hub" (a corportate investment vehicle form Germany`s biggest energy supplyer RWE), I studied applied psychology in order to understand the basics of human thinking. It gave me the wiring info of a person, if we'd see them as a machine. Since I profoundly disagree with that view and am neither in favor of a heavy pathology focus, I decided to not continue the psychotherapist path and pursue other ways of learning about the human experience.

  • Telefonseelsorge Berlin e.V.| Life Crisis Counsellor (Seelsorger)

The best education ever was this one. It was in big parts self exploration and the first communicational (systemic, low to no intervention) framework that I got.

Ran in a small intimate group in Berlin-Kreuzberg for 1,5 years. After that I started to volunteer day and night shifts on the crisis hotline with people from all different parts of life (suidice, addiction, grief, loss, etc.).

  • Potentialife| Positive Psychology Programme (Tal Ben-Shahar)

In our corporate VC we were running a 9 months personal and professional development programme based on positive psychology - developed by Harvard Professor and one of the leading expterts, reknown author, Tal Ben-Shahar. I was honored to be Change Teamlead for both Berlin and Tel-Aviv teams. Where I was guiding people through self paced learnings and hosting the weekly coaching sessions. My teams were awared the highest participation and completion rate (compared to other hubs in Palo-Alto, London, Warsaw, etc.).

2012

  • IHK NordWest| Ausbildereignungsprüfung (AdA)

I had my first direct reports when I was 22 years old. In order to be a capable leader and to be allowed to run German style apprenticeship programmes inhouse, I chose to to the AdA (Apprenticeship Instructor Licence). During my time I guided four different students to their degree in office management and international trade.
